The Patient Care Technician (PCT) program is no-cost for the first ten students enrolled in the Spring 2025 term. PCT equips students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in healthcare settings. Through hands-on training, students will learn to provide compassionate care, perform vital signs monitoring, phlebotomy, EKGs, and assist with daily patient activities. The program includes an externship at a local healthcare facility, offering real-world experience and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a professional environment. The course includes the cost of textbooks and the national certification exam.
