Welcome to Spring 2014!

Important updates to your DL course

Dear Instructor,

Welcome to the 2014SP and 2014SQT terms! As we approach the most beautiful season of the year, we also begin preparatives for a big semester and would like to remind you of important items in your DL course.

First, please do not upload a Word or PDF syllabus; instead, use the TEMPLATE we have designed for you. Your Course Syllabus is formatted according to OCC E-learning standards.

Second, You are required to make necessary updates in the course prior to the beginning of Spring. The updates are indicated in "Instructor Checklist", as well as important items in the Syllabus marked with an asterisk ( *) below:

• Professor's name*
• Course Title and Number
• Semester*
• Contact Information*
• Virtual Office Hours*

Third, assignments cannot be deleted or hidden.

Fourth, please add your instructor biography.

Lastly, make sure to check back in the Virtual Office to interact with your students.
